William Guy Dussiel
William is originally from Nantes, France and became a Saint Lucian through his parents, and having grown up there attending both primary and secondary schools.
He is an ARB licensed Architect, in St. Lucia, whose professional training began at an Interior Design school in Washington, DC, but eventually graduated in 1996 from Hampton University in Virginia, USA, with a 5-year professional degree in architecture.
That same year he performed his military service in France and was commissioned as a reserve officer with the Ä’tablissement du Génie, [French Army Corps of Engineers]. There, he led several adaptive re use studies of garrison buildings.

He gained further experience in Multi-Site Project Management at the Artelia Group in Paris, (formerly COTEBA) representing BP in their Europe-wide re imaging campaign, just in time for the introduction of the Euro currency.
In St. Lucia, he went from being Project Design Architect at NLBA-Interisland Architects and Planners to his architectural practice which he launched in 2003. Since then, he has been collaborating with design and industry professionals throughout the Caribbean region.
6 years were spent in Barbados, initially with Gillespie and Steele- Architects and Interiors, then with architect Aubrey Dawkins, and also teamed up with French Interior Designer Guillaume Meniaud, where exposure to the “high end luxury product” further broadened his scope and design flair.
In Martinique, joint venture contracts were performed at the office of architect Erick Orville, to detail and compile approval dossiers for mid to high rise housing projects.
He has been continually widening the scope of his expertise, undertaking diverse missions in Architecture, engineering, and product prototyping. Most recent contribution has been at the international firm of Vinci Construction on the Vieux Fort Water supply project, involving the design and detailing of plant infrastructure.
The firm is now looking to emerge as a regional brand, specializing in design of luxury resort and residential properties, institutional and industrial complexes.
The business model seeks to develop and refine a unique design product and experience for its clients. Its seeking to grow the team and acquire the material wherewithal to undertake even greater more significant projects.
Conscious effort is being made to ensure standards of professionalism improve continually, with exposure to emerging technology and carefully chosen specialists so that clients see a masterful completion of their projects.
